WP Delicious WordPress plugin can be installed in two ways:
- WordPress Plugin Directory
- Installing using a Zip file
Installing from WordPress Plugin Directory #
To install the plugin, navigate to your dashboard > Plugins > Add New. In the search field, type WP Delicious (formerly known as Delicious Recipes) and hit the Enter key.
It will then show the plugin in the search results as shown below:
Now click on the Install Now button and then the Activate button to install and activate the plugin.
Installing using a ZIP file #
If you have downloaded the plugin file from the site, you will receive a ZIP file that contains all the required files for the plugin to function properly.
To upload the ZIP file, navigate to your dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Now click on the Choose file option to located the download ZIP file or simply drag and drop the file to this button.
After that, click on the Install Now button and then the Activate button to activate the plugin.
Note for Safari users (macOS): If you are using Safari to download the theme file, the file may unzip automatically. So, make sure your theme file is in .zip format. Here’s how to stop Safari from automatically unzipping your .zip file.
