How to edit Category Pages? #
You can easily edit any recipe taxonomy archive page. If you’re unfamiliar with creating recipe taxonomies, you can follow the instructions provided here.
To edit a taxonomy archive page, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Recipes and select any taxonomy, such as Courses, Cuisines, or Keywords.

- Click on the specific taxonomy item you want to edit (e.g., a specific course or cuisine).

- By default, the taxonomy page will display in the standard layout. To customize it, click on the Edit Category Page option in the Admin toolbar.

- This will direct you to the editing page for that specific taxonomy. Here, you can use any block editor or page builder to design the layout as per your preference.

For additional customization, you can use the Delisho addon (recommended), which provides Elementor widgets specifically designed for recipes. With this addon, you can add widgets to the taxonomy page and create a unique layout.
Once you’ve added blocks or widgets, the custom layout will override the default category archive page.
You can view all the taxonomy pages you’ve customized by navigating to Dashboard > WP Delicious Recipe > Category Pages.
