Performance Optimization

In this update, we have made some significant progress to improve the overall performance score. The new optimized version will boost your speed score and help you rank your recipe better.

Few things we’ve done to achieve better performance includes:

  •  Added Lazy Loading for images to improve the loading of your images. This reduces the number of requests to load your web page faster.
  • Replaced OwlCarousel library with Splide JS for improved carousel performance.
  • Substituted the LightGallery and Magnific Popup libraries with fsLightbox for a more streamlined lightbox experience. This library is lightweight and load faster without compromising the feature.
  • Replaced the rateYo rating library with a custom vanilla JavaScript solution.
